Inspection Certificates
CRS certifies the figures obtained in hard chrome plating, grinding and superfinishing process for calender rolls in terms of:
- Rotundity
- Table/hub concentricity
- Chrome thickness
- Chrome hardness
- Roughness
CRS gives the client a document.
The tools that perform the inspection of the processes are:
- 2 surface indicators
- 1 hardness tester
- 3 Fisher thickness gauges
